Ep.51 Listening to the mind, body, and spirit - Brittany Breitzski, D.O.

Her journey began when the medical profession had failed her. No physician could figure out what was causing her rib pain which she had for years, until she met an osteopathic physician. After receiving treatment her quality of life improved and she knew becoming an osteopathic physician was the path for her. Now having worked for two years as an attending she continues educating her patient’s on sleep hygiene, diet, exercise, postural and bodily awareness.
