Ep 51: Question Your Beliefs

Today I'm going to be talking about some of the pieces of advice that have been passed down through my family over the past 50 years of my life. As you will see in this episode, some advice was amazing, some of it, in my opinion, not so much. And, of course, as with nearly almost everything in life, nothing is black and white.  There is definitely nuance in using your own discernment to figure out what you want to believe. I want to invite you to question any old adages or advice that have been passed down through your family to see if it serves you to keep following this advice, and if you want to tweak it, or come up with some new ideas to try on instead. Anyway, I would love to hear from you and, of course, if you get stuck at any point with questioning these beliefs with love for yourself, I would love to be your coach.  Click HERE to get the full show notes.
