Ep. 51 - Shio
from The Conner Cherland Podcast Hosted by Conner Cherland
Shio is a songwriter, composer, and performer from Santa Barbara currently based in New York. We have a ton of mutual friends including Mendeleyev who was on an earlier episode of the podcast, and the three of us played a show together in Santa Barbara back in August and I was blown away by Shio's musicality and ability to improvise. Shio earned a degree in Santa Barbara for Ethnomusicology, and just recently completed her masters at the Berkeley School of Music in NYC. Stay tuned to the end of the episode to hear one of her newest songs which should be coming out soon! Website: sioteppermusic.com Instagram: @siobear
