Ep. 51 - The Inspection Report, Definitions of Offer and Contract, If Something Is Too Good To Be True, It Probably Is.
from Real Estate Finder · host Matthew Maschler
You are the buyer and you pay for and get a real estate inspection on a property you want to buy. Then what? The inspection can be a time to get out of the contract because of something the inspector found. Or they can get out for any reason whatsoever. (It doesn’t have to do with the actual inspection results.) If the buyer loves the house, they can ask the seller for a credit. If the seller gives them the credit, they move forward with the transaction. Definitions of contracts and offers: A contract is a legally binding contract. An offer is a bid for the property. Acceptance of the offer. Consideration of the offer. Offer in writing. The seller’s listing is an invitation to make an offer. The seller can counter an offer. What’s the difference between customer and client? Learn from Staci’s experience.
