Friends, I believe we are in the midst of a new age where the integrated human is awakening. It's the process of us uniting our minds, hearts and gut instincts into one cohesive, solid, clear sense of self where we are whole unto ourselves and simultaneously free to play dynamically in the world. But this doesn't happen automatically, we have to do the work to step towards it. In this episode, I talk through the process of giving attention to the mind and heart and bodies, how to unite them and to understand the gifts of this unified state. It's an exciting time. Let's go.
