Ep 51 - Working with an open heart AND keeping your energy

In this episode I speak about the importance of working with an open heart, connecting with your customers and also holding space with them WITHOUT taking their energy on board! As professionals, it’s important to connect, however, as I have experienced time and time again, with my own personal experience and also working with countless others, we need to protect our own energy! That means drawing a line. Not withdrawing, rather drawing a line, I hope you enjoy! Xx
