Starting at nine, he almost drowned in a swimming pool. Twenty years later, he became a competitive swimmer and completed his first of several Ironman Triathlons. Now he is the chairman and CEO of Skye Bioscience Inc., a public pharmaceutical company.   Formerly the VP of finance and operations at Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Punit Dhillon raised over $125 million through multiple financings and several licensing deals.
