You know those times when someone pays you a compliment, or maybe tries to help you out by giving you a few bucks or something you may need? Have you ever wondered why your first reaction is to try and turn it down? Or to say no? I've caught myself doing that more than once this last week, and I started seeing it from people around me as well. 8:12 ....cont.... 8:14 Have you ever thought about just simply saying "Thank you" and accepting whatever it is they're giving? Ancient traditions all tell us that there are blessings in giving to others. So why would we want to take that blessing away from someone by not allowing them to give? It's a deep topic, and we just scratch the surface, but my hope is it gets you thinking.
