Matthew Barzun is the former U.S ambassador to Sweden and the United Kingdom, and in his new book, The Power of Giving Away Power, Matthew lays out a shift in how to think about power and leadership.   In so many areas of our lives, power is seen as a pyramid, where the people at the top make the decisions, create the ideas, and determine the course of action.
