Walgreens just reported earnings for the quarter.  It was reported that profits are squeezed as Covid vaccine wanes, health-care investment rises.  Investors believe that the market will be dead in the water for the rest of the year.  They believe the best option will be in order to make money for this market is buying dividend paying stocks.  Finally, Gazprom will stop paying dividends this year.  OPEC+ is trying to increase production but might already be at full capacity.  Supreme Court limits EPA authority to set climate standards for power plants.  Finally, Joe Biden says that high gas prices will continue 'as long as it takes' to defeat Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
