Chad was recently promoted to President and Bill stepped into the VP of Operations role, so we sat down to talk about what that journey has looked like for both of them. We get into how they each started at Jay’s more than 25 years ago, what it took to work their way up through the company, and what it means to now be leading a place they’ve both poured so much into over the years.
