Ep 53: A True Friendship is One Where Everyone Feels Safe to Disagree
from Unf*ck Your Relationships · host Michelle Panning

That being said, you still want to make sure you're surrounding yourself with good people, and that you're one of these "good people" for those in your life. That's why in this episode my friend Caitlyn and I: Break down how to be a decent friend and human How triggers get in the way of vulnerability How to show up for other people as a friend If you want a real, lasting friendship, if you want #friendshipgoals, you have to earn it. You have to show up, and be the friend they need- the friend that you would want. Join my signature 12-week program, The Connected Woman.
