Ep. 53: Perfected

Dogs are one of the perfect animals to have. They are cute, a great friend, and subservient. What if you could take those qualities that many love from dogs and apply it to 16 year old girls? The girls could be bred in a kennel, and taught to be the perfect companion for others. Then, when they're of age, elite families could buy them to be their family pet. What an interesting concept, yet for Ella this is her reality. She is a genetically modified perfect 16 year old. She has grace, manners, two talents, and the Congressman wanted her?! What a dream!! She now has a family, and she can be the perfect pet. Well... that's until Ella meets the Congressman's son, Penn. Maybe being subservient isn't her life's only option... This week the Rosé Girls discuss Perfected (book 1) by Kate Jarvik Birch. Accompany Perfected with a glass of Sister Snake Sauvignon Blanc, and you have your perfect summer read! And...we clink!🥂🖤
