When I first watched the Wolf of Wallstreet, I thought everybody working in Sales was living their best life the whole day. Well, little did I know.  In Germany in particular, what works in the U.S. is not always welcome.  You quickly come across as too pushy, intrusive or rude (and as everyone knows, politeness is sacred to us Germans).  So who does it better?
