When we entered 2020, we weren't prepared to deal with a pandemic, sheltering in place, children completing their education in a remote setting, or the drastic loss of life.  While 2020 has been a year filled with tremendous loss, there were also plenty of lessons and wins! This year has been a test of our resilience and strength. For example: business owners were innovative and pivoted during the pandemic. This episode is a reminder that it is critical to develop G.O.A.L.S..
