Dr. Annette Geoghegan is a Deputy Principal in a large urban national school in Navan and is currently on job share and working in Carlow. Her doctoral research focused on career change teachers - what motivates them to join the profession and what factors influence their decision to leave the profession. She has recently had her first peer reviewed article published in the Irish Educational Studies Journal.
