Oggi parliamo di qualcosa di buono: l’aperitivo.In Italia è un’abitudine per stare insieme agli amici sia a casa che in un bel locale e si può bere o una bevanda alcolica o analcolica, cioè senza alcool. Insieme si mangiano piccoli spuntini, ovvero snack e si può chiacchierare e passare il tempo piacevolmente a socializzare.Ma com’è nato l’aperitivo?La prima bevanda della storia definita "aperitivo" risale nientemeno che al V secolo a. C., e venne messa a punto da Ippocrate (sì quello del giuramento dei medici). Il famosissimo medico dell'antichità, nato a Kos in Grecia, infatti aveva creato una bevanda a base di vino aromatizzato con assenzio e altre erbe. Questa bevanda alcolica era particolarmente amara, e veniva utilizzata quando le persone non avevano fame, perché aveva l’effetto di "riaprire" lo stomaco.
