Ep 54: Publishing a Lifestyle Medicine Book with Dr. Shilpi Pradhan

Dr. Shilpi Pradhan is a board-certified Ophthalmologist and board-certified Lifestyle Medicine doctor, mother of four beautiful children, and personal finance and real estate enthusiast. She’s interested in the impact Lifestyle Medicine can make on eye diseases and overall health. Dr. Pradhan went to Emory University, Atlanta, GA, for college, and Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, for medical school. Her training included a transitional year at Carilion Health Systems in Roanoke, VA, an Ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, and a Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. She has also been Assistant Professor at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, and loved teaching residents before moving to Virginia.
