Ep 54: Thanksgiving and Emotions

It’s the week of Thanksgiving! The holiday season is officially starting, and dealing with family not only during the holiday season…but during the season of trying to conceive can bring up so many different emotions that are sometimes difficult to navigate. Even the best-intentioned questions or statements from our family can sting and bring up difficult feelings, and emotions, and lead to uncomfortable conversations that you’d rather not have. So in this episode, I will give you a couple of different tools and practices that will help you prepare for some of these situations and difficult emotions that tend to come up around holiday gatherings.  We are going to head into this Thanksgiving and holiday season, expecting the drama…but having a solid plan for it in order to support ourselves.
