Deb Grace does Business Development for AccuTitle (she's an EVP), and she has a reputation for warmth and action that precedes her. She works closely with her clients and also serves on committees for ALTA, as well as serving as an ambassador for the ALTA One conference for newcomers. Over the last year and a half, she said part of her job has been helping her customers gear up for a market turnaround and serve as a pseudo-therapist for those continuing to struggle with the tough market.
