Ep 55: Looking Back To Go Forward

Woo hoo!! We’re celebrating around here! It’s official: Weight Loss for Fertility Podcast is one year old.  No better time for us to take a moment together to reflect on the past.  We do this for a good reason–appreciating and reflecting on the past gives us the lessons we need to move powerfully into the future. This is an important skill to build when we want to learn something new, like permanent weight loss When we take time to reflect on all that has happened, and the changes we have seen within the past year, we can use that knowledge to set new goals for ourselves. So grab a pen and paper, and as you listen, think about your year…what did you accomplish? What changed? How did you feel?  Remember to celebrate all your accomplishments and spend some time soaking in those good feelings. Allow yourself time to feel pride and gratitude for this past year, even if things didn’t go exactly as planned…we can still be grateful for what we’ve experienced and how we can learn from it in order to move forward.  Thank you so much for supporting this podcast and being a part our community for the last year!
