Zeke tells Eren their father lied and that he'll be back to rescue him. Hange, Jean and Mikasa attempt to take the Armored titan power when Reiner is suddenly saved by a mysterious Cart Titan who flees with their wounded bodies. Just as the decision is made to use the single titan serum injection on Armin, Floch appears with the mortally wounded Erwin. Levi changes his mind causing a emotionally charged fight between Mikasa, Eren and himself. With everyone else dismissed from the scene Levi attempts to inject Erwin who quietly refuses.
