Emotions make people easy to manipulate, this is why the Democrats ensure not only problems don't get solved, but actively do all they can to create new problems. This is why when you see inequality, suffering, police brutality, or instances of racism, there are located in pockets of the country almost exclusively controlled by Democrats.  It's not just the politicians either, many of the so-called rights groups have a financial incentive to ensure problems are never solved because once they are, the money dries up.
