Welcome TRX to the series! Episode 56 of Starlight Thursdays. TRX Formerly known as T-Rex has been sharing his talent as a DJ for over 4 years. From Missoula MT, You may have busted a move to his groves at Disco Bloodbath or during his residency at The Badlander with his mentor Kris Moon, called Party Volcano as well as Winter Brewfest and plenty of other parties. His style is fun and dancy, filled with house remixes of Pop classics, Hip Hop and Party vibes keeping the airways vibrant and bumping. A few Words From TRX I play all styles, but I have an affinity to House, Disco, and of course Breaks. I was always interested in this kind of music I used to go clubbing with my Break dancing homies, after most of my crew moved and less B-Boys were around I shifted my focus to the music. This mix is a live set that I recorded at Kris Moons Midnight Life Crisis label release party. We threw several events before the shut down and hopefully we can get some more going. I went back and listened to it and the mix itself brought me back to the badlander in a visceral way. I enjoyed the vibe of it and hope you all will too.
