Richard Little has been involved in land acquisition, planning, design, construction and development since 1976.Experienced in all aspects of the residential market from single to multi-unit developments, concept to completion. Richard is currently working with several landowners, investors, and other developers to maximise value while minimising risk. He gained his experience through the many mistakes he made and successes he achieved since his father started the construction and property development business in the 1950s.
