Nicky Hambleton-Jones is a British personal stylist, television presenter, author, and fashion entrepreneur, best known for hosting Channel 4’s makeover series 10 Years Younger and more recently ‘Drop A Decade’ on This Morning. Originally trained as a dietician in South Africa, she moved to London in 1996 and soon transitioned into image consultancy. In 2001 she founded NHJ Style, one of the UK’s early personal styling consultancies, and later launched the NHJ Style Academy to train professional stylists.
