EP 566: Construction vs Conduition

In any given moment, our consciousness is engaged one of two available modes: Construction or Conduition. In conduition, we are open to our experience, taking in everything through our senses, inner sensations, thoughts and emotions, and in the feeling of being connected to the experience. In construction, we are thinking, scheming, and figuring things out. In today’s episode, I discuss these two modes and give some guidance on why it’s important to know which mode we are engaging in any given moment.
