Las Fotos Project was founded in 2010 to elevate the voices of teenage girls from communities of color through photography and mentoring. They are uplifting the power and creativity of youth today through city-wide photography installations, virtual activations, and more. One of their honorees, Kimberly Espinosa, and Foto Awards Host Committee member Bailey Mizelle who also serves as the Director of Photographic Arts Council Los Angeles joined us.
