We talk about both. We also clarify the difference between the "Escrow Agent” and the "Closing Agent.” The only thing more confusing is that the Buyer’s Agent is also known as the Selling Agent! Matt also wants to address the Realtor’s role in the pre-closing Walkthrough.   On today’s episode, we discuss politics for about 25 minutes. Is that 25 minutes too much? There’s a few words and terms in real estate that often trip up agents. We start with the difference between the Escrow agent on the offer and the Closing Agent. Please listen to the differences and make sure your offers reflect the appropriate escrow agent. Another confusion term is Selling Agent. The Selling Agent is the Buyer’s Agent who sold the property to the buyer.
