Ep. 57 Liberation vs Fiat Psychology Pt. 1 with Nozomi Hayase

from Svetski Wake Up Podcast · host Aleks Svetski

Nozomi is a Bitcoiner & Liberation psychologist, which is basically the equivalent of an Austrian economist in the psychology space. We dig into her background in liberation psychology, what it is, what it means, how it is different to the mainstream, victim-oriented psychology we've been conditioned to think is "normal". We look at psychology’s denial of soul/monopoly of knowledge (‘experts’ promote a distorted view of humanity) The battle over what it means to be human Ex. B.F. Skinner’s behaviorism (that denies free will) VS Carl Rogers’ humanistic psychology (that advocates freedom of choice) Psychologist James Hillman characterized this war: “My war - and I have yet to win a decisive battle - is with the modes of thought and conditioned feelings that prevail in psychology and therefore also in the way we think and feel about our being. Of these conditions none are more tyrannical than the convictions that clamp the mind and heart into positivistic science (geneticism and computerism), economics (bottom-line capitalism), and single-minded faith (fundamentalism).” We take a full on detour to explore the psyche of the Psychopath... Some very interesting shit.. Nature VS nurture. What do u think I the mix? What percentage of people are psychopathic? Is psychopathy nature or nurture? Who are the remnant? Who are the sheep? Who are the parasites? How different are parasites & remnant? What’s the evolutionary significance of the psychopath? How long have psychopaths been around for? Integration of the shadow element. Psychopathy developed with the emergence of the ego. So maybe it’s an unconditioned, or exaggerated ego? At what point does it develop? Eg; teenagers. Two sources that you should ALL dig into: - Rudolf Steiner - Valentine Tomberg (Meditation on the Tarot) Follow Nozomi's work: @nozomimagine https://nozomihayase.com https://bitcoinmagazine.com/authors/nozomi-hayase ____________________________________ Thanks again for listening.
