We're just about to enter a new year & a new decade. I love this time of year. It gives everyone a moment to finally stop and to think. To take stock of what went well and what didn't go well. To set goals & build upon success & failures alike.It's been over three years since I started "The 5th Element" and a year since I started The 5th Element Podcast Network. My goal this year for the Podcast arm was to have two Podcasts. I knew this show would be there no matter what. But I thought trying to find another one was a good goal to have.I am proud to announce that we are ending 2019 with FOUR Podcasts...
