Ep 573 You're Not a 1%er Anymore /Give it up already

I'm Confused- I thought when you left an Outlaw Motorcycle Club ex 1%er motorcycle club you ceased to be a 1%er. I don't know if I'm not hip to the modern 1%er club but I do think that's still the same. How do you current 1%ers feel about someone who was once in a motorcycle club and then leaves, but then still claims they are a 1%er? I'm confused.
