Sailing: A voyage to Svalbard's iceberg-filled waters just 600 miles from the North Pole, featuring polar bear encounters and navigating treacherous Arctic conditions aboard SV Delos. We heard from Captain Brian Trautman of SV Delos a while back about sailing around the world. As a way to mix things up, they recently sailed far from their usual tropical landscapes to one of iceberg-filled water of Svalbard, only 600 miles from the North Pole. The experience proved rewarding and overflowing with adventure.
