BRIAN THABAULT is a force to be reckoned with, there’s more to know about his involvement in the scene then we could possibly get across in this post. With over 13 years in the booth, he originally got his start as a producer, then started DJing in college being that nobody else was and felt that vibe was lacking. Born and raised in Vermont then moved to Montana, got connected with the Fox Den. He was a part of that crew and involved in organizing parties and residencies around the state. Eventually Brian packed up shop and moved to Brooklyn. If you’re not in the know, that part of NYC is the staple of the warehouse party scene. He’s still involved in our local scene managing a record label consisting of several Montanans and providing a sound that’s lacking in our region. If you haven’t heard him play at festivals in Montana, Burning Man, parties in NYC, Miami, Portland Oregon, or Burlington Vermont then here’s your chance to get down to his melodic sound. Rumor has it he’ll be making a return to a stage MT this summer. A few words from the man himself. I’m inspired by my surroundings, my friends who produce music and DJ. I recorded this mix live at a private rooftop party in Brooklyn. Filled with Deep House, Breakbeats and Minimal.
