Bianca is a 26 year old, first-generation Mexican-American born and raised in Chicago.  She has been baking since she was 14 years old and has taken both culinary, and pastry classes and even entered into many competitions to pursue her passions.  It wasn't until after high school when Bianca received many scholarships and attended college for baking & pastry that she decided that baking was where her heart was.
