Ep. 58 – “I Like 58 Better, Only ‘Cause it Seems Like More”

from Vinnie Paz Presents The Broad Street Breakdown · host Vinnie Paz

The Professor educates us on “Real Estate Porn” and discusses clipper care and grundle cheese. The Sicko cuts his arm for King Diamond. That’s just the beginning. Vinnie recalls an old George Carlin bit about “politically correct language” and the clip sparks a conversation about modern-day political correctness and its ensuing language restrictions, social media’s role in communication, and includes a discussion of Vince Russo and female wrestlers. Hint: The OG cuts a promo on Russo. Afterwards, the usual gimmicks make an appearance: word association yields a classic Nicolas Cage story from Vinnie, “Dear Vin” brings out some more thoughts from some fucking maniacs, Pablo Cheapo extols the virtues of credit card bonus points, we answer letters from the Gimmick Gang in the BSB Mailbag, and, as always, we send youse home with some serious recommendations. It’s the Broad Street Breakdown: “Before you get up and tell me that I’m wrong, why don’t you shut up and listen to the fucking song…”
