What a weekend last week for Irish Mountain and Trail Running with Zak Hanna coming home in 5th place in the World Championships in Thailand, Ireland´s best result at World Championship Level since 1993.We had Zak live on the line from Thailand telling us about the race and how he managed to peak for the Worlds so late in the season and the fascinating fact that he does not hard session on the mountains!Everybody get your running gear on, lets go!
