EP. 59 - How Attachment Creates Disconnection, Suffering, and Death
from The Intentional Athlete Podcast · host Ross Leppala
Whether we are aware of it, we all experience varying degrees of attachment. Often times those attachments develop into unhealthy levels. Our beliefs or ideas block out the ability to see different perspectives. I'm right, you're wrong! This leads to disconnection from ourselves and others at best. Attachments are at the core of unnecessary pain and suffering around the world. Attachment is what leads us to create enemies. We're so entrenched in a belief that we can no longer comprehend how anyone can think differently. At its worse, this is exactly what leads to war! There becomes this 'need' to eliminate thy enemy. No longer seeing the HUMAN on the other side. Let's bring some awareness to this. 7-Days of Belonging Connect with your host Ross Leppala!
