Did someone say Bonus Episode?! We could not wait to drop these two interviews that we recorded with North Belfast Harrier Matthew Lavery and Willowfield Temperance Harrier Neill Weir. Matthew recently qualified for the European Cross Country in Brussels and we thought it would be a great opportunity to hear from him how on how he is going prior to the race! Matthew has some stellar performances to his name and we can't wait to see how he gets on in Belgium! Neill Weir, on the other end of the spectrum, rode his bicycle from Belfast to Berlin and then ran a 2:43 marathon!
