He is also the co-author, along with Kieran Flanagan, of Selfish, Scared and Stupid: Stop Fighting Human Nature And Increase Your Performance, Engagement And Influence. In this interview Dan discusses his thoughts on human behaviour, advertising, leadership, sales, the future of the workplace and the skills required to be successful.
