Ep 6 - Kristy Update + All things Genetic Testing with Dr Kara Levin

This week, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Genetic Scientist, Dr Kara Levin, to discuss all things genes, and most importantly, genetic testing, with regards to fertility treatments. She breaks down genetic science in a really easy to understand way, and runs us through the different types of genetic testing that is offered (PGT-A, PGT-M & PGT-SR) and why these different types would be utilized.We also discuss a few very interesting topics like, what do we do with our unused embryo's? And what is a mosaic embryo?.. among others. I also took the opportunity to give everyone a little update on a small part of our journey.
