Martin has over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry. Initially as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor and later as a Project Manager. With a degree in Quantity Surveying, his experience benefits from a diverse range of projects across his career including museums, police stations, banks, schools, offices, churches, and private houses.Martin recognizes that construction projects are a challenge, even for those with experience. Having spent some time working with Property Investors Martin quickly realized that there was no one independent for them to turn to for advice.Since 2013 he has provided independent support to Property Investors that are carrying out refurbishment, conversions or full construction.
