Ep. 6 - Nourishing food, accommodating allergies and alllll the recipes! // Trudi (my Mum!)

Well after a longer break than I intended, I finally managed to sit down with my Mum and get her amazing tips and recipes onto the air! She is married to my Dad (Paul) and they have 7 adult children (5 married and 2 at home) and 12 grandchildren. She loves gardening, farming, cooking from scratch and being an Oma :) She is an amazing cook and she can make practically anything to suit practically any diet! She has so many great recipes to share and loads of tips and tricks to go alongside.
