Ep 6: The Whole Armor

Episode 6 of The Victory Chronicles: The Whole Armor. This is week two of Series 2, Armor Up. Anchor passage: Ephesians 6:11-13 (KJV) "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." This week the CCK Table unpacks the word Paul leans on twice in three verses: whole. Not a piece that fits today's mood, not the part that is comfortable, the whole armor, put on deliberately, every single day, before you know what the day is going to throw at you. The evil day is not a promise every day is a battle, it is a warning you do not get to pick which day it is, so the armor goes on before trouble shows up, not after. And the goal is not "win big," it is "having done all, to stand." Three moves for this week: the daily suit-up (name what you are putting on, out loud or in your head), the piece you keep skipping (be honest about the gap the next hard day will find first), and the evil-day decision made early (decide now what standing your ground looks like, before the pressure hits). This week's challenge: pick the one piece of the armor you are most likely to skip on a normal day. Put it on first tomorrow morning, before anything else.
