Ep. 60: The Evolution of the Workplace in a Highly Connected and Fast-Changing World | Gordon Wright - HOK

Gordon Wright is the director of HOK's global WorkPlace practice, a member of HOK's global Board of Directors and the firm's Management Board. HOK's WorkPlace practice comprises strategists, architects, designers, planners, analysts, and change managers who transform the "place" experience for organizations and their people around the world. Mike Petrusky asks Gordon about his vision for the future of the workplace as we adapt to new technologies and changes in our highly connected world. Gordon believes that the workplace is going through an evolutionary cycle and we are living in a digital revolution where the workplace must adapt to the accelerating pace in which technology is impacting organizations. Mike and Gordon agree that we must do more than just talk about trends in our industry by taking the lead with opportunities to not just build awareness, but implement the required changes in the built environment. On this episode, you will also get inspired to "be a workplace innovator" with a classic tune from The Rolling Stones!
