This week Jim Reid and the RecPoker RECing Crew interview Byron Jacobs from D&B Publishing! D&B Publishing (incorporating the imprint D&B Poker) was created by Dan Addelman and Byron Jacobs in 2002, coinciding with the birth of the online poker boom. D&B is now clearly established as the world’s premier publisher of poker books. Over the past few years D&B has published books by many of the poker world’s most famous names including Phil Hellmuth, Jonathan Little, , Greg Raymer, Chris Moorman, Michael Acevedo, Alexander Fitzgerald, Fernando (JNandez) Habegger, Dylan Linde, Evan Jarvis, Dr. Patricia Cardner and the late, great, Mike Sexton to name just a few. WSOP bracelet winners, WSOP Main Event winners, WPT champions, leading poker coaches and trainers – they all publish with D&B. This year D&B will be publishing three titles – Mastering Small Stakes No Limit Tournaments by Lexy Gavin-Mather which has just been released; How to Beat Players Who Never Fold by Alexander Fitzgerald which is publishing this Summer and also a lower level book - Improve Your Poker Now by Topher Goggin & Alexander Fitzgerald. While, as a book publisher, D&B focuses primarily on printed books they also make all of their titles available as ebooks.
