Katie is an active duty  Navy officer, who is regularly deployed and having to contend with  suboptimal conditions aboard ship while striving to keep her strength  up. Katie got into powerlifting early in her military career, and went  on to absolutely crush records and get into World's! Katie is now a coach and advocate for women in strength training, and  a true example of how to be successful as a military member while still  being a competitive member of a powerlifting crew. In less than a year, I quit my  full-time job, and started a fitness empire.
