With having my family staying with us I've been confronted with a lot of old wounding coming back up again. I've been triggered and running away. For much of my life I have made decisions while fearing judgement. For me my fear of judgement is ultimately rooted in a fear of abandonment and fearing that if I am judged then love will be removed and then if I'm not loved then I'm not going to be okay or survive.
