Felipe and Butch deep into the US Bracero Program - a series of agreements between the U.S. and Mexico, allowed millions of Mexican men to work in the U.S. on short-term contracts, primarily in agriculture, from 1942 to 1964, addressing a national labor shortage during World War II.
