Ep 63: Just Sit Down

After a recent trip to the US Lisa shares the message she received while doing a guided meditation.  It was a profound moment that has changed the way she will approach business, life and motherhood. Lisa felt the need to share the message because she's not the only woman feeling like she's holding it all together. Not the only woman who pushes herself a little (a lot!) to achieve. Not the only woman who feels that while she has support, the bottom will fall out of her life if she stops for a breath. Her Granny delivered her a message that had her crying a river of tears while sitting in a room full successful entrepreneurs - without tissues. It was NOT pretty! "Sit down, my darling", she said. "Just sit down".
